Engineers India Limited (EIL) has floated a tender for the turnkey supply and commissioning of an Electrical House (E-House) package for Numaligarh Refinery’s polypropylene project in Assam. The contract covers the complete lifecycle—including detailed engineering, material sourcing, shop assembly, site installation, and integration testing of prefabricated E-House modules. The successful bidder will be required to deliver and commission the fully operational package within 15 months. The bid submission deadline is set for December 08, 2026.
